The Oval Racing Council (ORC) is the governing body for short oval motor racing in Europe and beyond, and regulates in excess of 700 events at more than 30 short oval racing venues

4FS secured the deal for Millers Oils to become the 2008/9 Official Oil of both the ORCi and BriSCA F2. As part of the deal Millers Oils had an advert in every ORC & BriSCA F2 meeting programmes and race cars carried Millers Oil decals.

4FS has also brought Teng Tools on board to become the Official Tool Supplier of the ORCi & BriSCA F2 for 2009.
